TableService Costa Blanca is a web based application. It is on the internet waiting for you to connect to it, with any device, from anywhere in the world and any timezone.
Because it's internet based, this means no system down time (which means if your kit malfunctions just plug in another device - no data lost)
Plus no installation, no messages saying your device is not be supported, no downloads and it is constantly and transparently updated for you.
Below is a simplified geral diagram of the syste.Currently, food establishments operate with very little communication between the departments (Manager, Kitchen, Table Staff, Bar Staff, Home Delivery Staff and Customers).
Below is a simplified overview of the Table Service system.
What little communication there is within restaurant departments, is often bitty, slow, inaccurate, verbal, written on a scrap of paper or non existent. The "Table Service System" overcomes all of these problems by keeping all the establishments information on databases. These databases are dynamic and can be interrogated and changed by customers and restauaurant staff at any time.
